Look who is turning 30! It's the annual Trinity Congregational Retreat! Join us for a fun and exciting weekend away at our new location this year, The Abbey Resort near Lake Geneva, WI.

This weekend is a time for us to all come together as believers in Christ and as a church body to worship, grow, and be in community with one another. Oh, and did we mention have fun too? Past participants can tell you that it is truly a blessed time, a time for reflection and reconciliation, a time to discover yourself and the support all around you, and a time to have fun with your church friends and family.

Childcare is provided during the kick off session Friday evening, and during the Saturday morning and evening sessions. During the afternoon on Saturday you can enjoy the amenities at the hotel (pool, full spa, games) or explore the beautiful Lake Geneva area. The weekend finishes with a casual and uplifting worship service Sunday morning. You are invited to come for the entire weekend or just a night or a day - we even have a discount (50%!) available for first time retreaters.

All are welcome...members and non-members, young and old, Lutherans and non-Lutherans. Our sessions will be lead by Dr. Richard Bimler, former President of Wheat Ridge Ministries, an organization that helps seed new health and human care ministries in Lutheran congregations, and other church related not-for-profit organizations. Dr. Bimler will base our discussions on his Lenten devotional titled "From Death to Life: Devotions for Our Journey from Cross to Empty Tomb". It will be a fun and interesting look at our Lenten preparation for the joy of Easter.
